1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

Each person may only hold one account on 18jll. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits and account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise stated during a specific promotion. 18jll does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your account as soon as they are confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified with valid identification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals via GCash and Maya are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during operating hours (8am–11pm PHT).
• Bank transfers via BDO, BPI, or UnionBank may take up to one banking day.

18jll does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your e-wallet or bank may apply their own transfer charges, which are your responsibility. We process all payouts in Philippine Peso (₱) with no hidden conversion costs on our end.

We reserve the right to carry out identity and source-of-funds checks before processing large withdrawals or in cases where unusual account activity is detected. This is not meant to inconvenience you — it's part of our compliance obligations and helps protect all players on the platform.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bets placed on 18jll are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. We do not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available once you click to place a bet — live and pre-match odds can move quickly.
• All bets are final once confirmed. 18jll will not cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in cases of obvious technical error or manifest pricing error.
• In the event of a void or cancelled event, all bets on that event will be refunded to the player's account balance as a cashback.
• For in-play (live) betting, bets placed after an event's key outcome has already occurred — such as a goal already scored before your bet was confirmed — may be voided at 18jll's discretion.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market. These are displayed on the bet slip and may vary by sport, league, and bet type.

18jll uses industry-standard systems to detect irregular betting patterns. Accounts showing signs of match fixing, arbitrage abuse, or exploitation of technical errors will be suspended pending investigation, and bets may be voided.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 18jll. Violation of any of these will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or using another person's account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the platform.
